ABOUT CANDY FIELDS:

Candy’s love for the entertainment industry began in middle school. She branched out into the fashion and hair industry modeling for independent stylists in several local hair shows. Based on her experiences throughout this industry, in 2007 she started her own company Candy Productions, which provided Event Planning/Coordinating services and more. In May 2008, Candy, along with her previous partners, launched the Candy Internet Radio Talk Show in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Candy’s main goal is to help others using her God giving talents. In 2016, Candy Productions 2 LLC (formerly Candy Productions) and The Candy Show (formerly The Candy Internet Talk Show) were re-launched. The Candy Show is an all around entertainment show that will sure keep you wondering what she will say or do next! The Candy Show is a platform for local talent to showcase or display their gifts, while interviewing nationally recognized talent; Actors, Actresses, Musical Artists and more! You will find that Candy’s talents are unlimited and you might find her in front of the camera or putting in work behind the camera!

Ebony Lifestyle Magazine had the great opportunity connecting with Candy Field’s, One of Indiana’s largest influencers, and here’s her story.

What’s your inspiration behind being a digital creator and showcasing your skills?

My inspiration comes from a couple of places. Number one, God because without HIM I couldn’t do what I do.

Secondly, l’ve always enjoyed helping others the best way that I could. Lastly, as a child and in my adult life, I participated in local talent shows. Unfortunately, these types of platforms no longer exists in my city. I saw a need for this type of platform for local talent to showcase themselves, which led me to create The Candy Show.

What’s your overall goal for the remainder of 2023 as a digital creator?

My overall goal is to work on expanding and increasing The Candy Show audience.

If you could broadcast and distribute/partner television program or with any network, who would it be and why?

My aspiration is to showcase my talents on BET or MTV, considering their reputation as pioneers in the entertainment business.
